Rubin Kremling is Senior Vice President
and is responsible for leading and directing TCP's management and
leasing team for TCP’s portfolio in Texas.
Prior to joining TCP Realty Services,
LLC, Mr. Kremling was employed by Michael Stevens Interests, Inc. and
headed up the property management, leasing and brokerage actions for the
office, medical, retail, office service, industrial and self-storage
portion of the Michael Stevens Interests portfolio. His experience in
commercial property management, leasing, brokerage and development spans
the past nineteen years.
Mr. Kremling began his real estate
career in 1976 as Director of Property Management for a substantial
developer of suburban office buildings in the Houston real estate market
responsible for the management over 2.3 million square feet of office
space on six different sites.
Mr. Kremling formed his own company in
1982 with offices in Houston and San Antonio. He was responsible for an
office, medical and retail portfolio containing 23 properties with more
than 2.5 million square feet of space.
As president of the commercial
brokerage affiliate, Mr. Kremling was responsible for all new and
renewal leasing activities. Under his direction, the company was
responsible for leasing more then 3 million square feet of office,
medical and retail space in Houston and San Antonio.
Prior to joining Michael Stevens
Interests, Mr. Kremling was Vice President of Property Management and
Leasing for a substantial real estate development firm based in the
Netherlands. He had full responsibility for all day-to-day management
functions and directed all new and renewal leasing activities for the
commercial portfolio.
He has a BBA in Finance and attended
graduate school at the University of Houston. He is a licensed Texas
Real Estate broker and has received his Certified Property Manager
(CPM), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Equity
Marketing Specialist (EMS) designations. He was president of the Houston
Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) in 1990 and has served
on its Board of Directors for over six years. Mr. Kremling serves on the
Board of Directors of the Gulf Coast Certified Commercial Investment
Member (CCIM) chapter. He is also active in the Institute of Real Estate
Management (IREM), National Council of Exchangors (NCE), International
Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and other professional commercial
real estate organizations.
